The air-conditioning was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. We had issues with bugs and mosquitos in our room, which really detracted from our comfort. The bar at the pool closed too early, limiting our ability to relax in the evening.

The beach is a rocky disappointment for those hoping to swim easily from shore. a pier with stairs helps but still lacks that smooth sandy entry. Dining options can leave something to be desired, as some specialty restaurants, including the 'steakhouse', disappointingly lack variety and flavor, while the main buffet excels in quality and authenticity. Additionally, the loud air-conditioning in the rooms and lack of simple comforts like rugs or sufficient drying space for swimwear may frustrate some guests.

Had an awesome time with friends! Our private balcony had comfy loungers, perfect for soaking up sun while admiring the lush jungle. The Star Camp kept the kids busy, while we enjoyed the easy access to explore nearby beaches. Food was decent, but try the buffet for the best options.

Sadly, the beach wasn't swim-friendly due to its rocky nature, which was a letdown since we hoped for some wave fun.
